NEST Program (Soccer) Director

SUMMARY:

The NEST Director, along with the Director of Coaching and Player Development, is responsible for all aspects of the NEST Program, which includes players ages U4-U6. The NEST Director is responsible for completing and executing the following roles and responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Register as a staff person through Sports Connect platform and pass the Iowa Soccer Association background check.
• Lead & direct all aspects of the NEST Program.
• In partnership with the Director of Coaching and Player Development, develop and implement NEST curriculum.
• Develop key performance indicators to be measured in- season and after the season.
• Serve as the main point of contact or program related inquiries
• Acquire the 4v4 US Soccer Grassroots license.
• Communicate with parents and families regularly.
• Resolve problems and concerns with the utmost customer service in mind.
• Be a positive enthusiastic, role model with in the Council Bluffs/Omaha metro-area.
• Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Market and advertise NEST program to community to insure stability, health, and growth of the program.
• Attend & execute all NEST Sessions based on NEST curriculum.
• Manage NEST Coaches during NEST sessions
• Review program progress with the Director of Coaching & Player Development.
• Represent Council Bluffs Soccer Club to the highest of standards according to the Club’s policy and procedure manual.
